​Founded on November 17, 2021, by Samena Brinkman, SBL People Solutions was built on the principles of Sustainable Business Leadership (SBL), a concept rooted in creating workplaces where people and businesses thrive together.
Inspired by Samena’s extensive experience in HR, telecom, and unionized environments, SBL People Solutions embraces her visionary Culture Hero and Dragon Slayer methodology.
